Receptionist and Project Coordinator for DTX Media

We are hiring an administrative position as a receptionist / project coordinator / office manager. Job Requirements: Must have a strong organization and administrative skills and ability to multitask. Job Roles: Answer calls, emails and messages Quoting and booking jobs Log and follow up with leads Scheduling and calendar management Assigning / hiring crew & contractors Gather shoot details / creating call sheets Invoicing and follow up Preparing Contracts Fulfill open bids Social media management Proof- reading Turning on and off ads Assisting our crew (occasionally on-site) Site visits / client meetings (occasional) Bonus Skills: (not required, but a plus for job applicants) Macintosh proficient Script writing skills Basic photo or video skills Basic adobe editing skills SEO skills Adwords experience Voiceover performance Drone law knowledge Pay: $30-$35k / year Hours: ~ 40/ week Mon-Friday: ~9-5pm* may require the occasional evening or weekends to finish up last-minute job details.
