Receptionist - Marketing Assistant

Expanding Mesa law firm is looking for a receptionist/marketing assistant to start working immediately. The candidate’s primary role will be to answer the phone on behalf of the company, input contact and case information for potential clients into our system, forward this information to the attorneys and our Director of Operations, and ensure that these leads receive proper follow-up by the staff and attorneys at the firm. Additionally, the marketing assistant will provide support to the Partners and the Director of Operations to develop and execute the marketing program of the firm, including the creation of reports on marketing performance and the preparation and sending of the monthly firm newsletter. This position requires the following qualifications and skills: Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Strong writing and copy-editing abilities Education and Experience Requirements: High School diploma is a must 1-3 years’ experience in marketing or sales or service-related education or professional setting. Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, service or a related field a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) Digital photography and video editing experience a plus The proposed salary will be between $16 and $18 per hour depending on experience.
