Recruiting and Staffing Manager

Location: Lafayette, LA (In-office preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $18.25-$25.25/hour We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Recruiting and Staffing Manager to oversee the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of event staff for Picture Pros Photography. • Maintain an organized system for tracking applicants and placements • Coordinate with the Event & Logistics Director to ensure staffing coverage for upcoming events • Conduct initial interviews and reference checks • Ensure all contractors complete onboarding paperwork and training • Support the growth of a strong contractor pool in each of our key markets
