Roles and Responsibilities: As a successful administrative manager, you will coordinate, supervise and execute daily operations of Modern Angles alongside our CEO and team of dedicated professionals. Manage the scheduling of photo shoots and appointments for our team of photographers and media contractors Handle billing and invoice creation with QuickBooks Manage media delivery using software such as Dropbox Provide customer support and problem solving for our clients through phone and email communication Quickly turnaround photo and video revision requests by utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro Communicate and work with our in-house post production team Keep our systems organized with Google Drive Have the ability to create simple email and social marketing ads Skills Required: Google Workspace Dropbox QuickBooks Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Marketing Software Social Media Verbal and Written Communication Organization Problem Solving Email & Social Marketing \\----------------------------- Our Company Values: Deliver outstanding results to our clients by establishing a higher standard of real estate media.
