Renderings & Photography Specialist This role is centered on producing in-house 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and photography across both our new-construction homebuilding division and our commercial real estate business. When time allows between projects, there's room to take on additional marketing-related work, but rendering and photography are the priority, and the role will be scoped and hired around those skills first. Produce in-house 3D renderings and walkthroughs of homes and commercial spaces using AI-assisted and traditional rendering tools Generate quick-turn AI renderings for early-stage marketing, listings, and sales conversations Where complex renderings exceed in-house capability, manage the outside vendor relationship, coordinating timelines, reviewing deliverables, and approving final renders for accuracy and brand fit Keep rendering output consistent with actual floor plans, finishes, and site conditions across both divisions Shoot property and community photography for homes and commercial spaces, from active builds through finished product Maintain a consistent, polished visual standard across both divisions Organize and deliver image assets for use in listings, marketing materials, and the website
