**Overview:**
PlanOmatic is seeking a skilled and experienced photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties. As a freelance photographer, you will have the opportunity to work on a part-time basis, with flexible scheduling and no client-facing pressure. Our company delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide, and we are looking for talented photographers to join our team. **Responsibilities:**
- Photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours
- Most assignments will take 30-60 minutes on-site
- Upload your work directly through our app, where our editing team will handle post-production and client delivery
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrable photography experience is required (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred)
- A portfolio or sample work must be submitted with your application
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash
- Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines
