Residential Home and Apartment Photographer

• *Job Title:** Associate Photographer Capture the essence of residential homes and apartments by creating high-quality photographs that showcase properties in the best possible light. As an Associate Photographer, you will work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team to deliver exceptional results. • *Key Responsibilities: • Utilize top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport and digital camera equipment to capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans of residential homes and apartments • Develop a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments in marketing materials • Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks • Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage • *Requirements: • At least 2 years of professional experience • Real Estate Photography experience required • FAA Part 107 License/Certification for Drone Photography • Strong time management skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications
