Skills • Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate remote teams • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics • Knowledge of Matterport technology and 3D scanning techniques is a plus • Strong technical skills related to photography and equipment troubleshooting • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of photographers, providing guidance and support • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize output • Conduct regular quality audits on all media to ensure adherence to brand standards • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly • Review KPI and scorecard performance for continuous improvement • Provide coaching on photography techniques and company procedures • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues • Coordinate appointments with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Travel within your region and to the Richmond, VA office as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College • 3-5 years of direct operations management experience with remote teams • Exceptional ability to engage and motivate remote teams • Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy • Flexibility to travel for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends if needed • Valid driver’s license required Education Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Why work in Chicago, IL
