Resource Development Associate

POSITION: Resource Development Associate OVERVIEW: Make a difference in the lives of families in need and work with a fun dynamic team. We seek an enthusiastic, highly organized, and self-motivated individual who demonstrates strong administrative and organizational skills, superb attention to detail and deadlines, a strong ability to track and prioritize tasks, and excellent oral and written communications to join our fundraising team. • Supports and assists with growth of monthly donor program including preparation of recurring impact reports, annual acknowledgments. • Advanced knowledge and experience in multi- platform social media and web- based communications, photography, photo editing and videography experience helpful. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion, as well as experience in employee relations and the ability to communicate with individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds • Strong leadership qualities: including the ability to delegate and to execute tasks at hand as well as work collaboratively in a team setting required.
