Responsibilities Capture high quality, natural photos of guests Approach tables and create a fun, comfortable experience Work quickly and confidently in a busy environment Present and sell printed framed photos on the spot Stay active on the floor and keep momentum throughout the shift Manage your workflow from shooting to final product delivery Represent the brand with energy and professionalism Qualifications You enjoy being around people and can hold a conversation easily You are confident, outgoing, and not afraid to take initiative You can move fast and stay sharp under pressure Photography experience is a plus, but personality matters more Sales or customer facing experience is a strong plus Available for nights and weekends Growth Opportunity All new hires begin as a Photo Assistant at $17.50 per hour, where you’ll learn the workflow, equipment, and how to operate in a live environment.Once you demonstrate reliability, confidence, and strong interaction with guests, you’ll move up to an Entry Photographer role.From there, top performers advance to Photographer, where you’ll transition into a commission based structure with higher earning potential based on sales performance.Most team members who stay consistent and perform well move up quickly.
