We provide photography services at partner restaurants in Pensacola Beach, helping guests capture special moments and take home printed keepsakes. We’re looking for reliable, personable Photography Assistants who enjoy starting conversations and are motivated to learn.

No photography experience is required. We provide training, equipment, and guidance from the start.

What You’ll Do

Welcome restaurant guests and introduce our photography service in a friendly, professional way.
Assist photographers during guest photo sessions.
Present printed photos, explain purchase options, and help customers choose their keepsakes.
Support photo sales while respecting each guest’s decision to participate or purchase.
Help with equipment setup, photo displays, and keeping the work area organized.
Work closely with your photographer and restaurant staff to create a smooth guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

Confidence approaching people and starting conversations.
Interest in customer service, photography, and sales.
Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication.
A willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy restaurant.
Reliable attendance at your assigned restaurant location.

Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Advancement

Start as a Photography Assistant at $15 per hour while learning our photography process and developing your guest service and sales skills.

Motivated assistants who learn quickly and demonstrate strong performance may advance to a Photographer role quickly. Advancement depends on your readiness, performance, and available openings; there is no guaranteed promotion timeline.

After promotion, photographers have the potential to earn $300–$500 in total per shift under our performance-based compensation structure. This is potential total compensation for a Photographer shift, not an amount added on top of hourly pay or the pay range for the Assistant position.

Actual Photographer earnings vary with sales performance, restaurant activity, and shift length. The range is not guaranteed. Full compensation details will be explained before you accept a Photographer position.

Schedule & Location

This is an in-person position at our partner restaurants in Pensacola Beach. Available restaurant locations, shift times, and expected weekly hours will be discussed during the hiring process. Scheduling depends on restaurant needs and your availability.

This role involves actively engaging with guests and supporting photo sales throughout your shift. Being comfortable initiating conversations is an important part of the job.
