Retail Art Gallery General Manager Gallery Keoki is an award-winning Photography Gallery based in the Village at Squaw Valley in North Lake Tahoe for 18 years. We are looking for a Retail Gallery Manager to provide operational management while ensuring all aspects of business administration, art production, inventory and delivery logistics are fulfilled. We are looking for a mature and enthusiastic professional, ideally with retail experience, to manage daily operations at the Gallery. Key Responsibilities: • Provide the gallery with operational and administrative leadership • Maintain and improve operational efficiencies • Maintain retail excellence at the gallery in alignment with exclusive brand identity • Manage on-time art production for gallery and client orders and including pipeline management Spread sheet for team and client communication • Provide excellent customer service • Maintain positive vendor relationships • Support brand development, community awareness and client relations • Support client projects for Gallery owners • Manage client data base • Manage Gallery maintenance and retail presentation • Run retail sales floor mid-week (occasionally will be only person there) Key Skill Requirements: • Five years or more proven leadership, operational and management skills (ideally in retail). Education and Experience • 4-year College degree • Minimum of 10 years of professional/work experience ideally including coordination of production, administration and related ares.
