You will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working in a team to create a seamless experience for our guests. Responsibilities • Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively • Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner • Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts and returns • Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals • Staying up to date on promotions and product information
