Retail Sales Associate

We are Currently Hiring a Retail Sales Associate Job Overview: We are looking for a person who is a gifted people person, self-motivated, and organized systems thinker. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer service and sales in our retail store Maintaining protocol within all of our systems, including POS, inventory and organization Posting in social media to reflect the company values Qualifications: Confident and comfortable Ability to authentically and warmly connect with and care for customers A true team player Honest and hardworking Calm and focused under pressure Required Experience and Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to calmly smooth issues in the moment Client or customer face-to-face experience Strongly Preferred: Experience using a POS system 2-3 years retail sales experience Experience organizing and merchandising inventory Proficient skills with web store platforms and on Instagram Knowledge of contemporary and vintage jewelry metals and stones- as well as green apothecary Added Bonus Photography and/or photo editing skills Classification/Compensation: Able to work weekends and a flexible schedule Competitive benefits and compensation Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
