Duties • Engage with customers to understand their photography needs and recommend suitable products, packages, and services • Capture high-quality images using professional cameras and lighting equipment for various occasions, including portraits, events, and product shoots • Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to ensure the highest visual quality • Manage post-production workflows including color correction, photo manipulation, and retouching to deliver polished final images • Assist in filming and videography projects utilizing tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for social media content or promotional materials • Maintain an organized studio space, equipment inventory, and digital asset library to ensure efficient workflow • Support social media management by creating engaging visual content that promotes our brand and services across platforms Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Capture One for editing and post-production • Strong understanding of color management principles and color theory to produce visually appealing images • Experience with photography techniques such as lighting setup, composition, photo manipulation, and art direction • Knowledge of videography including filming techniques, video editing, and storytelling through visual media • Ability to operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, and studio tools confidently • Excellent sales skills with a friendly approach to customer engagement and upselling opportunities • Familiarity with social media management platforms to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences • Strong communication skills with an eye for detail in photo editing, photo manipulation, and journalism-style storytelling
