Retail Sales Associate/Aura Photography

Element Tree Essentials is a woman owned and operated boutique brand specializing in handcrafted lotion candles and aromatherapy products. We believe in creating unique, high-quality products that inspire relaxation and elevate everyday moments.

We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate that will also assist with Aura Photography readings. If you’re passionate about self-care, enjoy connecting with people, and love sharing Savannah's local charm, this is the perfect role for you!

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store while engaging in conversation.
Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively inform customers.
Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

Aura Photography Duties

Approach customers and provide them information on Aura Readings
Conduct reading sessions using specialized aura imaging equipment.
Guide clients through the photography process in a calm and welcoming manner.
Interpret aura colors, energy patterns, and chakra balances based on captured images.
Answer client questions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for locally made sustainable products.
Reliable transportation.
