Retail Studio Manager

Dopl sits at the intersection of art and technology, capturing the highest resolution photogrammatical scans of people and pets and creating physical and digital mass market products and applications that change the way we live. Our Retail Studio Manager will play a key role in the growth of our business and brand, supporting our expanding retail operations as well as mobile scanner installations and new sales opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the launch and full operations of our new studio Create tools for the retail scanning team for our processes and story-telling Develop and oversee all other touch points with new and existing customers Work closely with our 3D scanning technology and ensure its functioning optimally Create new experiences extend consumer reach and engagement Generate new sales opportunities both in and out of the studio Participate in the installation and operations of mobile experience Ensure studio aesthetics meet a high level Manage team including hiring, training and managing REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited college or university 2+ years of experience in studio or retail management and / or creative technologist roles Previous experience within retail, with products requiring specialist knowledge Capacity to learn about and sell products/services requiring specialist knowledge. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and a genuine team player Fluency in foreign languages is a plus ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS The Retail Studio Manager will have the opportunity to play a major role in the development of a new brand with wide- scale consumer appeal and will be on the ground floor with the application of Dopl’s technology into new fast- developing markets with vast potential.
