OverviewRoad Runner Sports is looking for aStudio Photographerto join our Creative team. In this role, you will be part of a team of visual storytellers behind our product, lifestyle, and brand content shooting and editing the imagery and video that brings our footwear, apparel, and brand campaigns to life across e-commerce, social media, email, and in-store marketing. From studio product shoots to on-location lifestyle content and brand video, you will own the creative and technical process from concept through final delivery. If you have a sharp eye, strong technical chops behind the camera and in the edit bay, and a genuine passion for visual storytelling, then this role is for you.What you'll get to do:Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality product photography, ghost mannequin, flat lay, and on-model for our e-commerce platformProduce lifestyle and editorial content for web, email, social media, and in-store marketing that brings the Road Runner Sports brand story to lifeDirect and shoot video content including product demos, social reels and shorts, brand storytelling, and event coverageManage every shoot end-to-end — shot planning, lighting setup, talent coordination, and post-productionOrganize and archive all photo and video assets in our DAM system, keeping the library clean, tagged, and easy to useCoordinate with merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce teams to plan shoot calendars around launches and seasonal campaignsTravel to store locations and events for on-location shoots that capture the energy of our brand in the fieldWhat you'll bring:3+ years of professional photography experience with a strong portfolio spanning product, lifestyle, and studio workProfessional video experience a plusRequired: Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, LightroomPreferred: Adobe After Effects, Capture One, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut ProProficiency with professional DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, studio lighting, tethering, and stabilization equipmentFamiliarity with DAM platforms (Widen Collective experience a strong plus) and web file optimization standardsDrone experience and FAA Part 107 certification a plusComfortable directing talent, managing a set, and adapting to studio and on-location shoot conditionsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience and portfolio)Your rewards!Earn competitive payContribute to an OUTSTANDING teamBe the envy of your friends with discounts on all the latest gear and footwearEnjoy free running and walking eventsRoad Runner Sports is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
