This position at our Portland photography studio will serve as one of the key liaisons between clients, creative and studio operations to create a seamless workflow that exceeds client expectations. • Recruits freelance talent and negotiates rates with the supervision of the Creative Operations Manager. • Identifies a client’s creative and budgetary needs, assembles and directs the appropriate talent as required. • A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to direct a variety of personalities. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
