Team Leadership: • Manage the in-house photography team, including mentoring the Photographer and Visual Stylist, to maintain a high standard of work. • Provide lighting and creative direction to align video content with the overall brand aesthetic. • Expertise in product photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating consistency in lighting, styling, and composition. • In-house photography experience preferred.
