Apply today for immediate consideration.Position: Photography CoordinatorLocation: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)Contract Duration: 5+ months with potential extensionPay rate: $23-25.00/hr on W-2Job Summary:The Photography Coordinator is responsible for coordinating photoshoots, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality digital content. The role involves pre-production planning, executing photoshoots, and ensuring seamless handoff to post-production teams.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and produce photoshoots for digital channels, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams (Creative, Marketing) and external vendors.Manage project budgets, including estimating, negotiating, and tracking expenses.Handle legal requirements, licensing activities, and asset metadata management.Oversee pre-production activities such as location and vendor selection.Directly execute photoshoots for product and digital content.Coordinate with legal and compliance teams as needed.Qualifications & Experience:3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.Experience in producing photoshoots and managing budgets is a plus.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Knowledge of photography software, asset management, and workflow platforms is advantageous.Russell Tobin offers comprehensive healthcare coverage, 401(k), life & disability insurance, employee assistance programs, and other benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
