Sabbatical Digital Assistant

This part time position is for customer service and digital marketing for the Sabbatical Beauty brand, a small-batch Asian-inspired skincare company based in South Philadelphia. The goal of the position is to grow the Sabbatical online community, to maintain and create connections within the community, and to attract new customers to grow the brand. Position Responsibilities: \\- Managing and growing Sabbatical's online community by: \\- Responding to comments on social media channels and building community through comments \\- Managing online customer service (text messages, social media DMs and other online channels) \\- Assisting in creating and producing assets, content and content calendar for Sabbatical’s social media channels: Pinterest, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube \\- Assisting in creation and editing of photography and videography \\- Coordinating marketing with Sabbatical production & in store retail sales team Required \\- An understanding of the Sabbatical brand identity and alignment with this brand identity \\- Successful candidate needs to be able to travel to the Sabbatical Studio in the Bok Building in South Philadelphia as required for content creation \\- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite \\- Familiarity with the backend of social media platforms (Pinterest, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) \\- Excellent writing and communication skills \\- Responsible and reliable Not Required But Nice To have: \\- Copywriting experience Other details \\- Position begins at 10 hours a week and may go up to 28 depending on the fit of the candidate with the company \\- Starting pay rate is $15/hour To apply to this position, please email us a cover letter detailing why you are interested in this position, your resume and samples of relevant work on social media.
