Retain & Grow Existing Business

Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled site visits and callsLeverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the accountMaintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts

Gain New Business

Builds, maintains, and strengthens long-lasting customer relationshipsGenerates new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed salesUtilizes Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting

The SkillsYou’llBring

2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and trainingProven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/oracquiringnew business, with the ability toidentifyunique customer needsExperience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM systemResults-focused withdemonstratedability to meet and exceed goals
