We are a home furniture and décor rental company (prop house) serving the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. We are seeking to add an associate to our small crew who would assist the needs of our clientele in all aspects of the rental process from start to finish. Duties include: \\- Client facing interaction both in person and via email/phone. \\- Keeping our job board and folders updated and accurate \\- "Tagging" and pulling items to hold for clientele \\- Creating, updating and finalizing client orders \\- Helping set up new accounts as they come in and processing payments \\- Assist in packing, unpacking and staging orders for shipping/receiving \\- Facilitate job closing and filing \\- Familiarize and maintain a mental catalog of our vast inventory \\- Work with the team to help keep our large warehouse/showroom organized, clean and maintained You may be the right fit if this sounds like you: You have experience in a rental warehouse setting or have worked in high end furniture environments. Details and accuracy should matter greatly to you and going above and beyond for your clients and coworkers should come naturally.
