If you enjoy interacting with people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Welcome and acknowledge guests in a friendly, professional manner.Guide guests through a fun and engaging photography experience.Capture high-quality souvenir photographs.Present and promote photo products to guests.Build positive relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.Invite guests to return and thank them for visiting.Meet or exceed individual sales goals while supporting team success.Maintain a professional, positive attitude that reflects Cashman Photo’s commitment to excellence.Handle customer concerns with professionalism and respect.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform additional duties as assigned.Work both indoors and outdoors as required.What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service mindset and enthusiasm for working with people.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time.Availability to work weekends and holidays.Ability to comply with company appearance and uniform standards.Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.Ability to works both indoors and outdoors.Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.6 months to 1 year of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.Previous photography experience is a plus, but not required.Physical Requirements:This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and interacting with guests throughout the shift. No problem! We provide comprehensive training and will teach you everything you need to succeed. (Available after completion of the applicable eligibility and probationary periods.
