The Sales & Executive Coordinator also supports our Global Sales team with client-facing tasks including sending arrival and departure instructions to guests, data entry into Salesforce and Oscar, as well as assist with the team reporting. * Sets up meetings for internal teams as well as external clients. * Responsible for shipping packages to clients as well as other FQ offices. * Ability to report to the New York office daily to complete work assignments.
