Sales Position

Confidential Orlando, Florida

This position will help to achieve new customer accounts, sales and company growth. Secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrate our products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: • Prospect and qualify new sales leads • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers • Communicate customer and prospect’s concerns to appropriate departments • Track all sales activities in customer relationship management (CRM) software and keep current by updating account information regularly • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through reading of pertinent literature and consulting with material manufacturer and technical representatives • Participate in trade shows and conventions • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort • Meet and/or exceed quotas Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related sales experience • 2-4 years of Construction/Industrial Coatings sales experience • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships • Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe • Working knowledge of CRM systems Additional Skills (not required): • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation: Salary/Commission Scale *Company benefits include Health Insurance and Vacation PTO
