Sales Position for Marketing and Media Company

I was looking to hire before all of this, but have recently become swamped with orders. 5% of lifetime orders of clients you bring in. My reason for looking to hire has less to do with needing help with sales and more to do with wanting to free up time that comes with hand holding clients through the order process that makes creating the content take longer. All interactions would be either over the phone or online, though some businesses might want teleconference, though it is rare in my experience. Please have stable internet, be internet savvy, and be able to set up and respond to a dedicated phone number and voicemail (Google Voice or other free phone number simulators are fine) during business hours (9am-8pm MDT).
