Position Overview: As a High-Level Sales Representative, you will work one-on-one with families to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that lead to high-ticket sales. This role requires a consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping families make informed purchasing decisions. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be key to your success in closing high ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with families to understand their unique needs and preferences.Present high-ticket products/services in a compelling manner, highlighting value that resonates with customers.Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up, ensuring a positive purchasing experience.Utilize active listening skills to address concerns and objections, guiding families to make informed decisions.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques and relationship management.Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for enhancing the sales process.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.Qualifications:
