About The Job We are seeking to hire a Salesforce / IT Developer to monitor and continue to build out our Salesforce CRM via ongoing development, support and enhancement. This person will need to demonstrate a vast understanding of Salesforce, including automation, workflows, and API's, and software integrations with software such as Netsuite, Workato, Dropbox and more. Responsibilities Use data to understand business patterns and trends Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams Troubleshooting, Enhancement, and Further Development of existing Automations, Integrations, and Workflows Other IT & Software Related Tasks Qualifications Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development Software engineering skills with Force Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing) A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment Must demonstrate a willingness to put in the extra effort (extended work hours, participate in events outside of standard working hours) for clients and personal growth Force Certified Developer Certification desired
