Role Description Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service • Sales expertise with skills in relationship building, negotiation, and achieving sales targets • Knowledge of photography, art, or retail products is highly desirable but not mandatory • Time management and organizational skills to manage responsibilities efficiently in a retail environment • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere • High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience preferred
