LM is responsible for furnishing dress black pants, closed toe black shoes with black soles and long sleeve, collared button-down white shirt • Must be available and willing to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when set is busiest Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for building successful Team: Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Onboarding and Training • Responsible for Sales and meeting/exceeding Sales Goals: 60% transactions being premium package and Spec Printing • Ability to schedule, supervise and oversee team clocking in and out • Ensure timely and accurate transmittal of required data/reports: Inventories, Online Schedules (where applicable), Payroll, Pre-season hiring forms on TalentReef and personnel changes during season, Daily Sales Reports and Incident Reports, if/when necessary • Bank Deposits: Ensure DAILY deposits are made, Deposit Log is filled out and Verify daily Bank deposit and credit card slips are included with financial paperwork • Follow Cherry Hill Programs Policies and Procedures • Ensure equipment and inventory are secured appropriately • Ensure supplies and consumables are not wasted • Supervise and coach team members to ensure that operations on the set run smoothly, effectively and in accordance with all CHP policies and procedures • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with your District/Area Manager, team members (including Santa), Mall Management and staff, and build/maintain a positive image for CHP at your property • Maintain and safeguard: All CHP/Property materials and All equipment and inventory • Become thoroughly familiar with all training materials on Success.com • Learn to troubleshoot equipment where/when possible • Ensure the set is safe and that team understands and takes responsibility for safety on set • Responsible for all set communications including but not limited to Basecamp _______________________________________________________________________________________________ The Sales Associate is a seasonal team member responsible for supporting the Local Manager and Assistant Manager(s) to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Santa photo set, on a day-to-day basis. Sales Associate must be able to perform every role on the set, while delivering a magical experience for every guest. Sales Associate(s) report to the Local Manager / Assistant Manager(s).
