The Restaurant Marketing Manager will require a thorough understanding of business and marketing strategy and will become the Brand Ambassador for Sardi’s Group. \\- Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the Senior Leadership, restaurant management and staff \\- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization \\- Ability to handle a fast- paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines \\- Strong work ethic and self-starter who is a team player and comes with a can-do attitude \\- Ability to present self professionally at all times \\- Excellent time management and organizational skills \\- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task \\- Ability to work creatively, independently and with a strong attention to detail \\- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service \\- Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively with corporate support team \\- Coordinate partner, community, vendor relationships, and charitable donations \\- Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the restaurant brand \\- Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurant units \\- Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs \\- Must clearly be able to demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts \\- Oversees all print and project coordination, distribution and communication of all menus and collateral to restaurants. \\- Manage and oversee all social media marketing by monitoring accounts and campaigns, determine social media goals, develop and execute strategies and tactics. \\- Oversee the maintenance of the content database of all graphic design photography and print files for the marketing department.
