School Photographer — Chicago, IL

TK Photography Chicago is hiring a School Photographer to support our growing school photography division, which serves 60+ schools across the Chicago metro area. School photography is unlike any other kind of photography — you'll photograph dozens or hundreds of students in a single day, including picture day sessions, class composites, sports teams, faculty portraits, and yearbook images. Speed, accuracy, and the ability to stay organized under pressure are essential. You'll set up lighting rigs in gymnasiums and cafeterias, work within school schedules, and keep energy positive across long days. Chicago's school district includes some of the most diverse student populations in the country. Warmth, patience, and cultural sensitivity matter as much as technical skill. Experience with flash lighting in indoor environments is strongly preferred. Our connection to Chicago School Photography means consistent work across the academic calendar — September through June. Our admin team manages all school relationships, scheduling, and communication. After each session, you upload the images. Our team does the rest. If you love working with kids, can stay calm and organized in a busy school environment, and want consistent work across Chicago's school year, apply today.
