About the position Responsibilities • Make kids smile while capturing unforgettable moments • Work towards the same goals with a fun, supportive team • Load, unload, set-up, and tear down photography equipment at schools • Travel to new places and meet new people • Enjoy occasional overnight hotel stays with per diem (company paid) • Utilize photo management software to manage photos and photo subject flow • Gain photography experience in a fast-paced environment Requirements • Ability to put a smile on peoples' faces • Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities • Valid US driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle • Ability to lift, carry, and set up 50 pounds of camera equipment daily • Open and flexible availability depending on event needs • Ability to leave home by 4am for some events each week • Ability to work and travel on occasional evenings and weekends • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable working with computers and cameras • Grooming and demeanor appropriate for role and Jostens' corporate image • Reliable, consistent cell phone and internet access • High school diploma or GED (and at least 18 years of age) Nice-to-haves • Experience in photography (not required) • Previous customer service experience Benefits • Competitive wage of \$16-\$18 an hour • Eligible for 401k match on Day 1 • Seasonal schedule through November/December • Average of 30+/hour work week with overtime opportunity • Option to be paid DAILY • Paid training • Paid travel time and gas mileage reimbursement • Opportunity for promotion to Photo Team Lead after training weeks • Voluntary benefits including home and car insurance, pet insurance, travel discounts
