This role is designed to help ECS scale higher-margin partnership revenue streams while strengthening long-term regional relationships and expanding ECS ecosystem adoption. ECS software offerings Wholesale production capabilities Referral Partner Program structure Industry competitors and trends West Coast market conditions Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify partner workflows and improve operational efficiency in alignment with ECS initiatives. Existing relationships within the school photography or yearbook industry Experience managing partnerships or business development relationships Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with yearbook, photography, or school service organizations preferred Ability to travel throughout the West Coast region Strong organizational and accountability skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
