Office Assistant – Photography Studio

About Us

We are a busy, photography studio looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Office Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same! You'll work directly with clients, help create an amazing studio experience, and assist with everything from wardrobe preparation to photo ordering.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients with a friendly, professional attitude.
Help clients get dressed in studio attire, including fitting tuxedo jackets, shirts, necklaces, drapes, and other accessories.
Organize and maintain tuxedo jackets, shirts, jewelry, and wardrobe items.
Show clients their portraits and assist them in selecting their favorite images.
Help customers place photo orders and explain available products and packages.
Accurately enter and assemble customer orders for production.
Process payments and handle transactions with attention to detail.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to customer questions.
Assist photographers by setting up lighting, props, and studio equipment before and during sessions.
Help prepare and reset photography sets between appointments.
Keep the studio clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Perform general office duties and assist wherever needed.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good with numbers and able to accurately process orders and payments.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting clients with wardrobe changes.
Basic computer skills are required; previous office or retail experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
