Photograph subjects to ensure consistent photographic quality to our clientsFollow SOPs to ensure proper workflow and effective time managementInteract positively with staff, teachers, and students to capture the best possible expressionsCollaborate effectively with any team members also assigned to Picture DaySet up Strawbridge-supplied camera and studio equipment by Strawbridge StandardsDrive yourself to assigned scheduled accounts and arrive on timeMaintain and transport equipment in a safe manner between schools according to company guidelinesCarry and transport your equipment from your vehicle to the designated set-up locationProvide clear Picture Day direction and set clear expectations for parents, school personnel, and student helpersWork closely with school staff to establish appropriate classroom work flow and effectively resolve issuesOrganize materials, assemble equipment, and ensure that all supplies are available on Picture DayAccess reliable and secure internet to submit "jobs" same-dayShip collected order forms to be fulfilledRepresent Strawbridge in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all company and school policiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with school and district administrators and office staffIdentify opportunities to strengthen accounts through excellent serviceRelay feedback from clients to management for continuous improvementMaintain confidentiality of school and student related informationFollow data security protocols for handling digital image files and subject informationSafeguard equipment and money at all timesCommunicate with Territory Manager, team members, and other company personnelWillingness to travel, in-state and/or out-of-statePick up late orders, etc.
