Seasonal Holiday Asst Location Manager- Auburn Mall

Pay Range: Min: $18.50/hour Max: $19.50/hour As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Our Assistant Local Manager Will Also • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies • Assist LM with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training, and learning proper opening/closing procedures • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home • Photography experience not required • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed • Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting • All other duties as assigned Our mission is simple: to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime.
