About the position As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Responsibilities • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies • Assist Local Manager with preparations for the opening day including hiring completion, inventories, equipment setup/testing, staff scheduling and training • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by senior management • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed • Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training and/or recruiting • Perform all other duties as assigned Nice-to-haves • Previous retail/assistant manager experience • Photography experience preferred Benefits • A fun, fast paced, and passionate environment • Career advancement opportunities • Flexible schedule • Referral program • One free photo package for friends and family per staff member
