Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate This is a seasonal role starting in November/December, with full-time or part-time hours based on your availability and business needs. Start and end dates may vary slightly due to weather or staffing. As a Sales Associate, you'll create magic by providing our customers with world-class guest service while creating a memorable photo experience. • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required) • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers • Operate POS system and photography equipment • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • All other tasks as assigned What We're Looking For: • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Team player who can work independently • Comfortable greeting and working with families and children • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must • Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses • Flexibility to work during 'peak' retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
