As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on our Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing magical holiday moments they’ll remember for years to come. You’ll bring warmth, energy, and world-class guest service to every visit while supporting a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish. Responsibilities
Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take homeProvide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magicParticipate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectivelyEngage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkersOperate POS system and photography equipmentMaintain a safe and clean working environmentAll other tasks as assignedRequirements
At least 16 years of ageAbility to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of timePositive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable greeting and working with families and childrenGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handlingProfessional attire and good hygiene are a mustAvailable to attend training meetings and complete required coursesFlexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidaysAvailable to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as neededNice-to-haves
