Position: Seasonal School Portrait Photographer - Sign-On Bonus Position SummarySchool Photographer (paid training + sign‑on bonus) – Wisconsin Dells, WI.Company: Jostens.Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI (remote with requirement to live in the area to support local events).Compensation & Benefits$17–$19 per hour$1,000 sign‑on bonusFull‑time status with 401(k) match on day 1Seasonal schedule (August–November/December)Approx. 30+ hour work week with overtime opportunitiesDaily pay (up to once daily)Paid travelVoluntary benefits: home and car insurance, pet insurance, travel discounts, etc.ResponsibilitiesWork with a fun, supportive team.Travel within hub territory to school locations.Capture school portraits and special moments of children.Participate in paid training to learn camera and studio workflow.Work Monday through Friday on scheduled photo days.QualificationsAbility to make people smile and provide friendly customer service.Strong communication skills.Comfortable working with children of all ages.Availability Monday–Friday; ability to work early mornings or late nights as required.Reliable travel to schools on time for photo‑day events.Can lift and carry up to 50lb.Comfortable using camera equipment and computer software.Appropriate grooming and demeanor consistent with Jostens corporate image.Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (public transportation not permitted).Reliable cell phone and internet access.High school diploma or GED, age 18 or older.Travel & Work EnvironmentPhotographers will travel to schools throughout Wisconsin Dells and surrounding areas.
