Are you a skilled wedding photographer looking to book more dates and grow with an established team? New Pace Weddings is an award-winning wedding studio based just outside of Philadelphia, proudly serving clients across NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, and VA. Equipment Requirements: • Minimum of two professional-level DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies capable of shooting RAW • Ample memory cards and backups for full wedding day coverage • Lens kit covering at least 24mm to 135mm (wide, macro, and telephoto lenses preferred) • On- and off-camera lighting equipment, including: • At least 3 OCF flashes • 2 on-camera flashes • Light stands and various modifiers Experience & Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on wedding photography experience • Proficient with off-camera flash (OCF) techniques • Valid liability insurance and Certificate of Insurance (COI) • Strong portfolio of wedding work (must be able to share samples) • Professional, polished appearance • Strong communication skills – friendly, organized, and client-facing • Ability to work collaboratively with videographers, second shooters, and vendors • Weekend availability throughout 2025 & 2026 • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed • Committed and dependable – we book dates well in advance Job Type: Contract
