Seeking Social Media Manager & Content Creator for Real Estate Company

Confidential Fort Myers / SW Florida, Florida

The position will be in charge of promoting our real estate listings, sales, events, and brand via major online platforms. You must be a skilled creative writer who can highlight the unique features of a home, city, community, small business and effortlessly explain the lifestyle it would afford the purchaser. The ability to create photography, videography and graphic designs are necessary. Responsibilities • Create hyper-local content to engage potential buyers and seller • Write marketing copy to promote our listings, services, & brand • Create, proofread and edit blog posts • Conduct keyword research and use proper guidelines to increase web traffic • Promote content on social media • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer help to company users • Ensure all-around consistency • Update website content as needed • Review monitoring & reputation management • Development of brand awareness and online reputation • Manage social media advertising campaigns Skills • Proven track record of social media management • Florida Real Estate License is required • Exceptional multi-tasking skills • Able to explain & train simple social media in an understandable way • Strong problem-solving skills • Knowledge of HTML, Google Search Console, & Facebook Ads Manager • Photography, videographer, & video editing experience • Graphic design skills • Experience as a Content Writer • Excellent writing and editing skills in English • Hands-on experience with CRM’s & WordPress • Knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform is required • Knowledge of Google Adwords platform Please forward your resume for consideration and interview.
