Senior Account Executive

### We are on the hunt to add a Senior Account Executive to our amazing marketing communications agency based in Seattle. We are looking for a strong account person with strategic thinking skills, and a roll-up-the-sleeves and get-your- hands dirty style of working. * Manage production of photography and video assets and trafficking to various media platforms * Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring that marketing programs are tracking to expectations and budget * Develop SOWs for marketing programs and make recommendations on marketing tactics * Modest travel (when safe again) * Work with client partners such as retailers and sponsorships Qualifications * 3+ years of experience working at an agency * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar * Experience working with national CPG brands * Experience managing complex marketing programs and reporting on the results * Experience running social-driven campaigns * Strong project management skills * String digital marketing and analytics background The right fit for our team will be someone who has: * A sincere empathy for our clients, and their respective audiences * A growth mindset and appreciation for new strategies and tactics in marketing * Ability to determine objectives, strategies and tactics * A deep understanding of the creative process and a partnership mentality Agency Values Our mission as an agency is to become our clients’ most trusted resource, and we are looking for someone who will embrace our core values: * Always do a little extra * Be empathetic to our clients, but think like a consumer * Act like and entrepreneur * Life is interesting—be curious * Everybody is trying their best, so lend a helping hand * Carry inspiration with you at all times * Exhibit a passion for marketing * Be active Extra benefits and perks include: Summer Fridays, 3 weeks PTO, bonus holiday week between Christmas and New years depending on calendars and schedules, excellent Healthcare, dental and vision.
