This role sits at the intersection of customer success and commercial growth and is focused on driving long-term revenue through strategic account management, executive engagement, and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across a portfolio of Enterprise and Scale-Up customers, driving expansion, preventing contraction, and maximizing long-term account value • Identify, qualify, and close upsell and GMV expansion opportunities through increased platform usage, higher order volume, and new commercial commitments • Ensure renewal readiness by proactively identifying risk, closing value gaps, and executing save and mitigation plans ahead of auto-renewals • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with studio owners positioning GotPhoto as a strategic growth partner • Develop and execute strategic account plans including stakeholder mapping, growth levers, risks, and success metrics • Lead structured Business Reviews focused on GMV performance, ROI, and future growth planning • Serve as the Voice of the Customer across Product, Marketing, Support, and Leadership, translating real-world studio needs and friction points into actions that drive adoption, growth, and retention • Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene to support visibility, forecasting, and decision-making What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Expansion Sales within a B2B2C, transaction-based, or vertical SaaS environment (e.g., marketplaces, payments, commerce, or service-driven platforms).
