The Role Your mission Got Photo is looking for a Senior Growth Account Manager to own retention and expansion for a portfolio of Enterprise and Scale Up customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer success and commercial growth and is focused on driving long-term revenue through strategic account management, executive engagement, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for growing revenue within existing customers by identifying expansion opportunities, preventing churn, and ensuring customers realize measurable value from the Got Photo platform. Responsibilities • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across a portfolio of Enterprise and Scale-Up customers, driving expansion, preventing contraction, and maximizing long-term account value • Identify, qualify, and close upsell and GMV expansion opportunities through increased platform usage, higher order volume, and new commercial commitments • Ensure renewal readiness by proactively identifying risk, closing value gaps, and executing save and mitigation plans ahead of auto-renewals • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with studio owners positioning Got Photo as a strategic growth partner • Develop and execute strategic account plans including stakeholder mapping, growth levers, risks, and success metrics • Lead structured Business Reviews focused on GMV performance, ROI, and future growth planning • Serve as the Voice of the Customer across Product, Marketing, Support, and Leadership, translating real-world studio needs and friction points into actions that drive adoption, growth, and retention • Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene to support visibility, forecasting, and decision-making What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Expansion Sales within a B2B2C, transaction-based, or vertical SaaS environment (e.g., marketplaces, payments, commerce, or service-driven platforms).
