Senior Growth Account Manager

GotPhoto is looking for a Senior Growth Account Manager to own retention and expansion for a portfolio of Enterprise and Scale Up customers. 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Expansion Sales within a B2B2C, transaction-based, or vertical SaaS environment (e.g., marketplaces, payments, commerce, or service-driven platforms).Proven ownership of revenue and retention across an existing book of business, with a track record of driving expansion, upsell, and usage-based growthStrong commercial and analytical mindset, able to use data such as GMV, order volume, conversion rates, and product adoption to identify growth opportunities and build actionable account plans.Confidence leading executive-level conversations, positioning yourself as a trusted growth advisor who can translate GotPhoto's platform into measurable business outcomes for customers.Bonus: Experience in photography, creative services, or other service-driven verticals with strong seasonality and operational complexity.
