Senior Photographer

Position Overview: The Senior Photographer will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and ensuring the delivery of top-notch photography services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of photographers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality images • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to photographers to help them improve their skills • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for photo shoots • Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored • Oversee the editing and post-production process to ensure timely delivery of images to clients • Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide recommendations for photography packages • Maintain a strong understanding of current photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our services • Travel with the cruise ship to various destinations and capture images of guests and events • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on board the ship
